AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd (Company No: 1067760-H) (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) has developed a platform or site known as “Thirsty Corner”. By accessing this website, we assume you agree to be bound by the User Terms and Conditions. Agreeing to this Agreement shall mean agreeing to confirming any changes made to this Agreement by regularly visiting thirstycorner.com.my (Thirsty Corner) operated by AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd. Please leave the site and discontinue using our services immediately if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions or are not of a legal age for consuming or purchasing alcoholic drinks.
The definitions: Thirsty Corner (thirstycorner.com.my) means the “website” used to make purchases. “Users” refers to the party who are granted the access to the website. “Legal age” refers the legal drinking age define and set by the Malaysian Laws which is above 21 years of age and non-muslim.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd may, in its sole discretion, revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is the users’ responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time users access this website. Agreeing to this Agreement shall mean agreeing to confirming any changes made to this Agreement by regularly visiting thirstycorner.com.my (Thirsty Corner) operated by AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd.
Modifications to the Website
AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the rights, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the website, including, but not limited to content, features or hours of availability. AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd may impose limits on certain features of the website or restrict your access to part or all of the website without any prior notice given.
Ordering through the Site
To receive delivery, you must live in a residential home, apartment or be at a corporate address and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service partner. The person at the delivery address that receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend any agreed delivery times. If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery time. We will deliver your order as soon as conditions permit. If your designated delivery location (i.e. street, avenue, etc.) or day is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate location.
Customers are under no obligation to tip the delivery team but have the option of doing so if exceptional service is provided by the person.
Pricing Information
Pricing indicated on the “Website” is in Ringgit Malaysia and is inclusive of any government tax should it be imposed by the authorities. Postage and delivery charges are not included. While every effort is taken to ensure the price of products are correctly displayed on the “Website”, should there be any price wrongly indicated at the time of purchase, AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd will inform you of the matter and as a consumer, you will be given the 1st right of refusal of purchase based on the revised price. However, should there be any dispute arising from the incorrectly displayed price, AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd has the right to refuse sale and will refund with a surcharge deduction as stated in our Return and Refund clause.
Stock Availability
While every effort is taken to ensure stock availability during purchase, there could be times due to high traffic, human errors, product damage, the resulted in certain product(s) may not be available and not updated promptly in the website/application. Should this occur, AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd will extend the delivery date or offer replacement or offer a full refund without any surcharge after discussing the options with you on the next course of action.
Credit Card Payment
Your credit card will be charged for your order on the day your order is placed on the website. Our payment platform will charge your credit card for an amount equal to 100% of the total items in your order. AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, overdrawn or fraudulent credit card; we will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event such an order is processed, AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due (which would include if a cheque is returned or electronic payment is rejected), AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the order. In case of suspected use of fraudulent credit cards (with information given by the bank or by our own staff), AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserve the right to hold the delivery until the bank confirms the legitimacy of the payment.
You shall be responsible and liable for any fees (including attorneys’ fees and collection costs) that AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd Service is subject to limits established by AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd and/or by your credit card issuer.
Return / Replacement / Refund
Request of return and refund must be report within 24 hours (including weekend and public holidays) upon receipt of item(s). Returned item(s) must be untampered, unused, unopened and undamaged with the item’s original packaging including boxes, plastic and bubble wraps, gift items and gift boxes intact. AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to accept the return if the above mentioned criteria are not met. AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange for product(s) without giving any reason and return and exchange is not applicable to “Further Marked Down” or “Sales” product(s). Refund will be directly credited into your bank account or credit card after deducting a surcharge of 10% of the total amount paid. Additionally, AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to deduct any miscellaneous charges that arise from your return directly or indirectly, if applicable.
Use of Materials
You may print or have printed by a third party any downloadable material contained on this website provided that: (i) the material is solely for non-commercial and personal use; (ii) no copyright or other proprietary notice is removed from the material; and (iii) the material is not altered in any manner.

You agree that AMS Global Solution Sdn Bhd has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, disclose, refuse to post, or remove at any time, for any reason in its sole discretion, any material and content anywhere in the Website, including but not limited to bulletin boards, e-mail and other forums. If you become dissatisfied with the Website, in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of the Website.
Jurisdiction
