Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Delivery Coverage
  • We currently do not delivery to East Malaysia and all other countries outside of Malaysia.

 

Delivery Fees
  • We charge a flat rate of RM10 per delivery across Peninsular Malaysia and provide FREE delivery for per order above RM500 or more.

 

Delivery Cut-Off Time
  • Klang Valley: Standard Delivery within 2-3 working days if ordered before 4pm.
  • Outside Klang Valley: Standard Delivery within 5-7 working days if ordered before 4pm.
  • All orders are processed daily before 4pm working hour. Any orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day.
  • No delivery on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Delivery can be delayed due to Weather conditions or Congestions by MCO roadblocks. Please ensure that all critical contact information are provided for our courier partners to contact you for the delivery time and place.
