A: There is no minimum order. Delivery Fees are a flat rate regardless of order quantity.
Q: How do I track the status of my order?
A: Tracking number will sent to your registered email with order confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched. If you have not received your parcel within the promised time frame and we have not contact you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 010-362 3088.
Q: Who or How are my wines delivered?
A: All deliveries are made by logistic courier partners. Please carefully check your item upon delivery to ensure everything are in good condition.
Q: What happens if my order is damaged or lost in delivery?
A: We advise you to check your order thoroughly before acknowledging the courier’s receipt of delivery. Should you find item that are broken or missing, do not accept the delivery. Detail the damage or loss on the courier’s delivery receipt and send them back. Please call to inform our customer service at 03-5880 8088 and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims with the delivery company.
Q: Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
A: We regret to inform that there is no any cancellation allowed after order placed, each order will processed after successful payment.
